Hi, I'm Lumba Mumba,
I was born and bred in Lusaka, Zambia, but I have a goal for my dreams to exceed past my home country. I have an immense passion for people and representing them through any and all things creative, but theatre, dance, acting and writing hold my particular interest, and it's what led to where I am today.
I'm still in school doing my A-Levels at Baobab but more importantly, I currently intern at the Zambian branch of Wathintaimbokodo Post Productions, where I will continue to work during my gap year, and I hope to help the company expand even further than they have into other parts of Africa and even internationally. I hope to pursue a higher education in Canada and take advantage of its lively creative scene to further my activism.
As mentioned earlier, I have a huge passion for people and advocating their causes. It's what almost drove me to be a lawyer before I discovered it was more than just debating, which is what I consider my greatest asset because it's aided me in being the objective, open-minded and focused individual I am today.
