My name is Amanda Khanyisile Msimanga and I tell visual stories through the medium of video editing. I am enthusiastic, disciplined, deadline driven and I love what I do. From a young age, I have always known that I would end up in the film industry, one way or another. In high school, I did Dramatic Arts as a subject and that grew my interest in knowing more about the filmmaking industry. My love for video editing grew when I started attending film school, and my skill has developed significantly as I did some practical work. I am confident that I was made for this! I am eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. I am motivated to learn, grow, excel and make an impact in the industry in South Africa and globally. I believe that the Magic in Motion internship is a great platform to kick start my career.
