Ameh S. Ochojila holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Mass Communication from the Benue State University, Makurdi. He has a certificate in Result-Based Project Management: Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. He has attended many workshops and trainings in social works and health care financing organized by US AID and other multilateral organizations.
He is a communication analyst, technical report writer, a journalist and a community social communicator. He has delivered successful reports/communiqués on workshops, meetings and conferences organized by government agencies and multilateral organizations. He has served as a facilitator on many workshops, conferences and meetings. He reported the national workshop on the Review of Communication Strategy for RAMP-2 Communication Officers/Specialists organized by the Federal Project Implementation Project (FPIU) in collaboration with World Bank (WB), French Development Agency (AFD) and the African Development Bank (ADB) in 2019.
He was a team Member/community educator on USAID/Health Finance and Government (HFG) on Benue state Domestic Resource Technical Working Group (DRMTWG) in the Benue State Domestic financing for AIDS/ 2018 -2019. He was also a Member of USAID/HFG Sub-committee on Research Planning and Accountability for the Benue state Domestic Resource Mobilization Technical Working group on Health Financing. He has worked with many media Houses as Correspondent as well as Editor. He was a staff writer with SevenDays media, an online medium; and also an Editor with an Abuja-based magazine, The Republican, among others
