I am a Writer, Actor, Dancer/Choreographer, Spoken Word Artist, Creative Director, Talent Coach, Stand-Up Comedian, and Teaching Artist. I am a pioneer student at Winfield College of Theatre Arts, Radio, Film and Television and a product of the University of Education, School of Creative Arts, Dept. of Theatre Arts, Winneba. I established and run Dzolali Theatre House (a theatre company) and the Production Manager at PROEYE MEDIA (a multi-media firm).
My journey in showbiz begun at the National Theatre of Ghana in 1995. Having discovered my firm position in the performing arts in 1998, I have featured in theatrical productions, corporate and volunteer events at the National Theatre of Ghana, Centre for National Culture (Cape Coast), W.E.B. Du Bois Centre, The National Council for Arts and Culture (Abuja, Nigeria) with support from Mr Muhammad Sulaiman and Margaret John.
My persistence won me an international position as a Catalyst for the International Teaching Artist Collaborative; an opportunity which sparked up from the 4th International Teaching Artist Conference organised at New York, U.S.A. I was also selected for the position of a Stage Manager for a UK Award-Winning Theatre (Seemia Theatre) in the 2018 Kampala International Theatre Festival.
I have featured in NAFTI Students Films, GTV Home Sweet Home TV Series, TV3 Music Music, TV3 MTN FUSION with Abeiku Santana, KSM’S TGIF Show (Metro TV among other screen projects). He has produced outreach and talent-coaching projects across the country and still scouting and nurturing talents. Using his God-given talents to empower and transform lives has always been his genuine and burning desire.
I continue writing and directing stage and screen projects for professional and amateur Theatre, Educational Institutions, Churches and communities. My passion and dedication to the creative arts has extensively linked me to celebrities and experienced personalities like Mrs. Gertrude Opare Addo (Former newscaster, GBC), James Gibbs (Veteran dramatist, London), Zoey Martinson (Acting Coach and Arts Activist, USA), Harrison Nesbit (Casting Director of the award-winning movie: BEAST OF NO NATION), Kwaku Sintim-Misa (KSM), David Dontoh, Henry Brew Riverson Jnr., Emmanuel France, Ako Tetteh and many others.
