I am Zambian citizen and a physically challenged person who uses elbow crutches and uses artificial legs on both legs and also have one arm. I am glad that the government is committed to improving the lives of physically challenged people in this country.
This is evidenced by enshrining or taking on board the physically challenged issues in both the Fifth and sixth national development plans. I am glad that government is now considering the physically challenged persons as their partners in the national development and I am employed by government board as an ICT Assistant officer under ZRA as to keep their promise on improving the lives of physically challenged persons.
