Vivian Louis has approximately 20 years of tourism and hospitality experience in industry and academia providing a firm foundation of theoretical and practical knowledge in market research and management.  Her research interests and experience are focused on sustainable development, experiential marketing, social marketing, interpretation, persuasive communication, image and branding, film tourism, screen tourism, location and product placements, and mega-event sports tourism (e.g. Commonwealth Games, Olympic Games, World Cup, etc.).  He also enjoys working with communities and organizations on community tourism development plans and opportunity assessments.

Vivian Louis completed her first degree in Tourism and Hospitality through University of Cape Coast in Ghana, focusing on persuasive communications,catering and the effects of film on destination image. She holds a Degree in tourism and hospitality management with hercthesis examining the business of ecotourism in Central Afrher. Additionally, She is a trained focus group moderator.

Vivian Louis has worked in the tourism and hospitality for 10yearsReceptionist, Ticketing and Resetvation,Caterring,Hosting mega Event,Acting in different direction and position to achieved  a goal,(Gold Coast). She also worked for the Ghana Tourism Commission (GTC) as the senior market analyst, responsible for developing the Explorer Quotient (EQ) and understanding global tourism. Prior to the GTC, Vivian worked for Parks Gh, conducting social science research in national parks and historic sites across western Ghana, focused on human use patterns and evaluating communications.
