I didn’t know what to expect going in, but EZO really delivers on their promise of something different. What stood out most was the simplicity of their dishes — no overcomplicated flavors, just really clean, well-balanced food. I tried their sushi plate with a seasonal roll and it was unlike anything I’ve had before — they used local avocado and a hint of mango which worked so well. The miso soup had a subtle twist too, with Kenyan greens adding depth. Their staff knows the menu inside out and gave great suggestions when we weren’t sure what to pick. The interior is super peaceful and you don’t feel rushed. You can see the full vibe and layout on their website:
https://ezorest.ke/ — looks just like it does in person. Definitely recommend going with a small group so you can try more plates and share. Also, ask about their daily chef specials — that’s how I got to try a unique take on tamago. They also pair teas really well with meals which I didn’t expect but enjoyed.
