bio

If I were to describe myself through a movie or series, I’d be a blend of Breaking Bad and Jerusalema—a mix of transformation, resilience, and raw authenticity. Like Walter White, who famously said, “I am the one who knocks,” I thrive under pressure, using creativity and resourcefulness to turn challenges into opportunities. On the contrary, Jerusalema echoes the quote, “After every revolution comes a new order. But before that comes opportunity,” reflecting my commitment to navigating obstacles with grit, aiming for long-term success. My work embodies both intensity and humanity, crafting narratives that leave a lasting impact. In my work, every frame is crafted with intention, balancing meticulous detail with unpredictable energy, ensuring each story leaves a powerful, lasting impact.

experience

I have actively participated in free film school initiatives supported by the Western Cape Government and the National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF). These programs aimed to democratize access to film education and foster creative growth within diverse communities. Through these initiatives, I enhanced my filmmaking skills, collaborated with emerging talent, and gained practical experience in storytelling and production. Furthermore, I am a proud member of the Film and Publication Council (FFC), working alongside industry professionals to support and contribute to the growth of the South African film industry. My filmography includes projects such as "The Life of an Urbanized Man", "Queen of Spades", "Day Zero" (48-Hour Film Challenge Western Cape 2024), and "Love Therapy" (2024), which have expanded my creative repertoire and strengthened my commitment to impactful storytelling.
