bio
I was born in Zimbabwe and raised on a poultry farm in Gweru, where my passion for creativity began at a young age. While attending primary school, my parents encouraged my love for art by arranging private lessons, and I also took guitar lessons, earning a Grade One Music Theory certificate.
In 2011, I started high school at Girls College in Bulawayo, but after being diagnosed with ADHD, I transferred to Petra High School in 2012, where I received the support I needed. My interest in art only grew, and I continued pursuing it alongside a City & Guilds Business Administration course and AS Level Art. I graduated from Petra in 2016.
During a gap year in 2017, I worked as a filing clerk for my family's business, and it was during this time that I discovered the show Face Off. It inspired me to dive into the world of special effects makeup and film. In 2018, I moved to Cape Town to study at CityVarsity, where I earned a Higher Certificate in Motion Picture Makeup and developed skills in props fabrication and photography.
From 2019 to 2023, I studied Film & Television Production Techniques at CityVarsity, and since graduating, I've continued to explore my passion for filmmaking, photography, editing, and special effects. My journey in the entertainment industry is one of constant learning and creative exploration, and I'm excited to keep honing my skills and contributing to new projects.
