I have one year experience working for department of Education as a Class Assistant under Presidential Youth Employment Initiative.
I was dealing with special needs Learners. Who needs attention at all times. Who some of them have to be assisted with their class activities if struggling.
I was assist with preparing the class before the day lessons and at lunch time I'll collect their food from the school kitchen, then after we will sometimes go do some physical activities or go to playground.
