Mubale Arnest has wide-ranging experience in Monitoring &evaluation and my technical experience covers a full range of entry, analysis, reporting of confidential data, implement and maintain data collection systems, monitor the integrity of collected data, provide oversight for the data collection process, and providing overall strengthening of the M&E functions and learning needs for improvement of the project.
