Raymond Phillips Mutebi Born and raised in Uganda, I joined the film in 2013 as a student of film at Crane Media Institute Wandegeya in Kampala, Uganda. Since then I have been working on sets as a cameraman, sometimes as a screenwriter. I have directed a few dramas for Tv in my quest to be a better filmmaker. I love watching films, learning cinematography, I love sports - Football in particular, I love traveling and Music.
