Duties;
growth opportunities and initiate new projects
Lead and coordinate project planning session
Design expansion plan to every Abuja district
Setting project timelines and ensuring projects meet deadlines
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Designing risk management methodologies
Managing company’s relationship with partner pharmacies
Designing rand signing off on contracts\overseeing all incoming and outgoing project
documentation
Communicate value propositions for marketing and social media campaigns
Design and oversee the dispatch process including; processing customer request and dispatch
orders to riders, confirm and update clients on final delivery status, driver tracking and monitoring
Receive all customers’ complaints and resolves them within agreed timelines per SLAs
Daily log maintenance
Oversee the reconciliation of daily transaction/payments
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report on agreed KPIs
Ensure all company assets and in proper working condition
Set and continuously refine existing protocols
