Being in love with film in his whole life, Jamal Kishuli joined The University of Dar es Salaam and earned BA in Film and TV studies in 2018. Intrigued by the sensations and emotions great films have on their audience, Kishuli has embarked on a journey of discovering himself and his community to deliver the most authentic and well-told African stories to the world.

I have worked with Media for Development Tanzania ( MFDI) in the two feature films as,
- An Assistant Director in the feature film FATUMA (2018)
- Location Assistant in the feature film BAHASHA (2018)
I have interned at Coke studio Africa season 6, in various departments such as Directing, Camera and Wardrobe & makeup.
I have worked on TV commercial for DSTV in Tanzania as Camera Assistant.
Directed 70+ TV programme for Tanzania Institute of Education for kids.
Co- wrote and Directed 20minutes, 12 Episodes for film for Development TV series known as Twende Pamoja for people with Albinism under the organisation "Under The Same Sun (UTSS) and Iview Media group.
