I played Kelebile (lead actress) in a student film called 'Ke Mo Lebile', an AFDA production. Kelebile is a humble farm worker, a girlfriend to a son of a bishop and ultimately a big sister to a nine year old little girl. Everything implicated upon her and her sister put the world to a stop. I did a lot of admin work as well as customer services. Cappello I worked as a waitress, where we provided quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, and maintained a safe & clean food environment. We also assisted hosts by greeting, seating & thanking customers. South African Post Office (SAPO) I worked as an assistant teller where we distributed the new social grant cards. I focused on queries on Integrated Grant Payment System, on-boarding of new beneficiaries (instant account opening & card issuance at the SASSA Rustenburg local office). I also did the biometric authentication of beneficiaries. South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) I was a grant administrator via the EPWP. I did social security services screening & completing customer checklists. I attended to social grant related queries as well as reviewing all identified grants in terms of the Act & Regulations. I was required to produce a monthly report where I had to prepare & complete statistical templates (file registers).
