In 2014 I worked as a Customer Support Agent for 2 years. Assisting clients telepathically with enquiries and bookings. At Nu Metro Cinemas. After that 2 years as a Customer Support Agent, I shadowed one of the IT Support Agent. I up skilled myself with becoming and IT Agent. 2016 I was promoted from an Customer Support Agent to IT Support Agent. Duties was to support internal personal in the office and at site who seeking technical assistance over the phone or on email. Resolving Outlook issues and creating profiles, setting up Outlook users, administrating email accounts. This was 1st level IT Support.
