My name is Papi Moshodi and I am an Audio Technician,
Location Recordist , Composer, Music Director, Sound Designer
and Arranger.
Professionally, my depth of experience in the field of audio
ranges from Audio Tech support for SABC1 and 2, playing the
role of Front of House Audio Technician for various productions
(such as Fanbase, #Throwback and Vusaseki) on South Africa’s
National Broadcaster SABC, to composing sync music for the
Lalela Music Library.
I currently form part of a consortium of freelance artists in the
creative, film and television industries, who align based on the
requirements of the project to work on a variety of briefs
ranging from commercial and film production, to live events
and conferences.
As a composer, I have been featured as one of the Lalela Music
Library composers, with some of my original compositions
being featured on the Etv soapie Rhythm City.
I have recently added Film Scoring to my list of achievements,
and currently scoring a soon-to-be-released short film for a Pro
Bono project.
