Pheladi Mminele all the way from Polokwane had her journey with Multichoice start in 2007 when she discovered DStv, little did she know she would be working in the MultiChoice Talent Factory over a decade later. She took a chance and luckily was able to join academy. After leaving everything behind and moving back to South Africa, she believes this was the best decision she’s ever made. The internship has taught her to dream bigger and she’s is excited to see what the rest of the year holds.
Tebogo ‘Laska’ Leeuw is a young and ambitious photographer from Rustenburg with a passion for filmmaking. His journey as a photographer sparked the love for storytelling and he hasn’t looked back ever since. Tebogo strongly believes in telling authentic African stories because we have a history differentiating us from the rest of the world. He’d like to be a vessel through which these stories are created and shared.
Bobby Heaney is one of South Africa’s top TV, Film and Theatre directors.
He has directed over 50 theatre productions for which he has won numerous awards including 8 Best Director and Best Production Awards. His production of Saturday Night at the Palace played the Old Vic Theatre in London and toured to Ireland and Sweden.
