Chimwemwe Mkwezalamba is a 21-year-old future filmmaker and leader passionate about women’s empowerment. “My dream career is being a successful and famous female film director,” says the Lilongwe, Malawi-born creative. Despite an education background in banking and project management, Chimmy, as she is nicknamed, is excited about a future in the creative arts. “At the Multichoice Talent Factory, I look forward to learning from the best creatives on the continent with the hope that one day I will be able to contribute to the African film industry.”
