Born and bred in Maputo, Amarilis Felimão Gule is a cameraperson with a love for cinematography. A graduate of Eduardo Mondlhane University, the 26-year-old Amarilis is a documentary and reality TV fan.
“My dream is to become the best filmmaker in Mozambique – or maybe even Africa. As well as to be recognised for my talent because making films is a passion, and I do it with love,” she says. On joining Multichoice Talent Factory, Amarilis hopes to bring a fresh vision to filmmaking, improve on her cinematography skills and tell captivating stories.
“I anticipate that being at MTF will develop my filmmaking vision and improve on my technical skills. I believe this will help me grow professionally and realise my dream career.”
