Riejhaat Wolhuter is a videographer and graphic designer born in South Africa and based in Windhoek, Namibia.
When asked what he is most excited about ahead of joining MTF, 24-year-old Riejhaat – who trained in filmmaking at SUFF Academy – says he is looking forward to acquiring knowledge and receiving guidance to become a better filmmaker. Despite being an avid supporter of Africa’s film and TV industry, Riejhaat believes there are stories that are yet to be told. And therefore aims to create new filmic narratives.
A firm believer that quality stories is what makes for good video entertainment, Riejhaat is inspired by film creatives such as writer Danie Odendaal, and hopes to follow in his footsteps.
