bio

I’m a curious and driven a driven individual i can say, with a deep love for storytelling. While I’m currently into studies, I’ve found myself most alive when working on film sets organizing, planning, and helping with ideas turn things around, getting involved into moving stories. I work with my mother’s production company, Next Generation Venture, where I’ve supported various projects and grown confident in my ability to learn fast, adapt quickly, and contribute meaningfully. I believe film is more than entertainment it’s a way to reflect truth, culture, and possibility. “I don’t just want to watch great stories, I want to help make them.”

experience

There isn't much as I am currently a student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics, and I’ve been gaining real world experience through my involvement with Next Generation Venture, a production company led by Lilian Shirima. Through this, I’ve had the opportunity to work behind the scenes on several film and TV projects. Some of the key projects I’ve contributed to include: 1. KIZA Series, ( Soon to air on Vtv and Mambotvswahili ) as the Production Manager. 2. Couple Goals Film, ( Still On Post Production ) as the Production Manager, and Script Contributor. 3. Manka Film ( Airing On license at Azam Media's Sinema Zetu) as the Production Manager. In these projects, I supported the production team in areas like logistics, planning, coordination, and creative development. I’m also currently helping with the pre-production of a new short film titled GREASE and a feature film named THE BUS, where I’ve written both scripts, aligned concept development, and production planning. Working on these sets has taught me about teamwork, problem-solving, and how powerful storytelling can be in shaping culture. I’m excited to grow my skills and learn from other creatives through the MultiChoice Talent Factory.
