I'm a passionate media professional with a strong technical background and a flair for storytelling. I hold an IT Networks Diploma from Walter Sisulu University and have earned certificates in Radio Broadcasting and Video Editing from NEMISA. Most recently, I completed a Practical Filmmaking Certificate from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and a Storytelling Bootcamp in September 2024, both of which have profoundly shaped my narrative-driven approach to video editing and filmmaking. As a founding member of Creatives at WSU, I’ve played a pivotal role in nurturing emerging talent and fostering a vibrant, innovative community. My hands-on experience includes documenting the Generations: The Legacy film tour as a sound and video editor, which sharpened my skills in content creation and collaboration with industry professionals. Working with KVM Media and participating in NEMISA projects have allowed me to learn from seasoned experts like Samela Tyelbooi and Melanie Bala, deepening my knowledge of the media industry. I’ve also gained valuable experience in digital media through my time with the Gemjin Global Digital Broadcast platform, further enhancing my technical expertise and adaptability. A highlight of my journey is the release of an AI-powered short film featured in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA—a project that underscores my commitment to embracing cutting-edge technology and pushing creative boundaries.
