Omotoke Solarin-Sodara is a writer, an experienced communications manager and editor from Nigeria. She is an English and Literary Studies graduate from KolaDaisi University, Ibadan. She is also a former Fellow at SprinNG Writing Fellowship 2023. Her works have appeared in the Kalahari Review. In 2017, she was shortlisted for the Flash Fiction Prize by Farabale Africa. She loves movies and because of this she co-hosts a film podacst called, The Screenplay List. For her, movies and reading are an escape from the chaos of Lagos life.

Entertainment & Media (2018-2019) Script Development: Collaborated with a Netflix agency (Tenposs Limited) on writing feature film scripts. Production & Creative: Gained experience in both production and creative aspects of advertising at SO&U, serving as a Production Assistant and Copywriter. Publishing (2022 - Present) Managing Editor, Ouida Books: Oversee book editing for upcoming publications, manage rights acquisition/sales with international publishers, and contribute to the company's presence at literary events (Ake Arts and Book Festival, Kaduna Book and Arts Festival).
